Michael Marchi

Nearly two decades ago, Michael turned a quest for project sanity and predictability into a journey that transformed his career. Responding to a call to share his agile experience with others in his organization, he discovered a love of teaching, which ultimately brought him into the world of consulting as a coach and trainer. He is one of the founders of the Agile Professional Learning Network of Chicago (aplnchicago.org), a professional meetup group that serves the Chicago Northwest suburbs. He has a blog (scrummybears.com) and a weekly podcast (htat.show). By day he works as an Enterprise Agile Coach, coaching agile transformations. By night he shares his experiences as an ICAgile authorized instructor with Kintsugi Training Institute.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
