Based on ICAgile’s tried and tested learning objectives, and without being tied to a particular agile methodology, this course is the perfect starting point for today’s agile professional.
While covering the fundamentals of Agile, this course is highly practical and provides participants with a hands-on experience of applying the Scrum approach in small teams to an ongoing project over the two days.
