Participants will be able to experiment with principles and values of agile marketing through the development of a scenario created ad hoc in the Student Book.
On the course the teacher will trace some pitfalls in order to allow you to understand what it means to respond to change, create value, work for experiments and validate what they have learned. Participants will have the opportunity to see real use case (Hubspot, SemRush) and experiment the relevance of the team, the definition of customer stories, backlog and prioritization.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
● Understand what Agile Marketing is and why is it worth to be Agile
● Describe how Agile Marketing differs from Agile Development
● Understand Challenges and Benefits
● Understand what is the best framework to use according with specific activities
● Create a constant value for customers
● Identify what is valuable and what is not
● Create and manage Marketing Backlog
● Create and manage a daily routine according with the Learning by doing mindset and
testing activities.
● Pivoting and data analysis is also a focus to develop the right mindset and practices.
