This two-day beginners course helps learners understand the mindset, values, principles, history and key concepts of agile.
A variety of popular approaches are touched upon, with a deeper focus on Scrum (due to a greater demand for understanding this approach).
Learners will leave the course able to explain the benefits of agile, challenge people using agile as an excuse (e.g. “We don’t produce any documentation because we’re agile!”) and think critically around such concepts of incremental and iterative delivery. They will also be able to explain how to implement the mindset using Scrum.
