We are in an era of unprecedented disruption that is impacting both business and social contexts in a manner not seen for many generations. From the rise of AI and Big Data, to a fully 24x7 connected digital world to the challenges faced by Climate Change the ability for people and businesses to be able to react and plot a course through have never been more important. There are no silver bullets for how to prepare and address the challenges we now face but there are many experiences and approaches that we can leverage including important disciplines such as Lean, Agile Service Design and Design Thinking.
On Day One we set the scene on what is Business Agility and why its important. From there we explore what is needed from a people perspective around new mindsets and behaviors. Complexity and Innovation techniques are then explored ending up with practical experience of Design Thinking. On Day Two we focus more on the process side with the frameworks, tools and methodologies that support Business Agility. We go deeper into the mindsets required and wrap up with paradoxes and change theory with a map on how to personally map a way through all this change.
