From here, your journey continues to leverage you and all that you are into becoming an exceptional Agile Coach for your teams and organizations.
You will learn foundational professional coaching skills and team development ideas that will help create high performing teams. Learn how to leverage these skills beyond the team in the larger organizational system. You will have the opportunity to practice and tune these skills during the workshop in a fun and creative environment. The program is designed in a way that you get a chance to experience, play and have meaningful conversations that focus on: Coaching vs Mentoring, Handling Conflict, Team Development and Behaviors, Agile Mindset Shifts, Leadership Engagement.
Upon successful completion of this program, you will receive the highly sought after ICP-ACC certification through ICAgile.
We recognize the challenges of being on Zoom all day and juggling with the demands of work. Our multi-day format for this program allows the space for you to focus your learning in short bursts while effectively juggling the demands of everyday life and work.
