Within each module learners will participate in a wide range of exercises and activities that will introduce and reinforce key agile topics. Participants will be armed with knowledge and resources that provide a foundation for expanding their agile career.

The AFS Agile Coaching Cohort is a 14-week distance learning program that leverages ICAgile's Agile Coaching certification learning objectives. Hands-on learning focuses on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of a Scrum Master / Agile Coach. This course introduces AFS Agile practitioners to team coaching skills and development concepts along with how to apply these skills to individuals. Combining these skills and Scrum best practices enables practitioners to immediately apply their learning to their projects. Upon completion, learners will receive the ICP-ACC, which builds the foundation towards the coveted ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) should they desire to pursue it.

his course is designed to take the learner on a journey that begins with the fundamental DevOps mindset and principles needed to build a solid foundation whether you are honing existing skills/experience or just beginning. We will then partner with you step-by-step through what DevOps is really about, why we need it and allow you the opportunity to apply what you are learning via discussion, exercises and hands-on labs. With 40% of this course being interactive, our goal is to spend most of our time actually ‘doing’ and less time in ‘lecture’. Aside from the amount of time we spend in hands-on labs, they are also an important differentiator for this course because you will be using our AFS DevSecOps Factory, a cloud based DevOps accelerator that is leveraged across many projects. You will be exposed to every facet of this product and learn why and how to use it at each phase of the product lifecycle.
This course distills decades of experience from within Accenture/Accenture Federal Services and based on over one hundred learning objectives derived from industry best practices provided through ICAgile.
